The Mercure Center (No 4 Rue du Couedic) is right in the most historic part of the city near Saint Nicholas Basilica. The Mercure Centre Gare (No 50-51 Quai Malakoff) is located just at the end of the Pont de Tbilissi by the railway station. All of the Mercure properties are four-star properties, offer a restaurant and bars, and a fairly large number of modern rooms with city and/or river views.

These are barges and houseboats suitable for families and small groups that can be chartered for all or part of your vacation. These can provide a wonderfully intimate and relaxing way to explore the charming villages and sights along the waterways, and is something that many people enjoy.

One of the attractions of this region that marks the western edge of the Loire Valley are the many magnificent castles and chateaux to explore.
