Ibiza Beach Hotels

Ibiza beach hotels are everywhere. It is an island, after all, and a small island at that. You can’t drive much more than 30 minutes without stumbling over one of the island’s 80 or so beautiful beaches, and many of these are extremely popular for holidays and vacations. You will find beach hotels in Ibiza of every size and standard, and there is oceanfront accommodation in Ibiza to suit a wide variety of interests and budgets.

The best way to approach your search for Ibiza beach hotels is to decide what seaside area you want to be in, because you will find almost every kind of oceanfront accommodation in Ibiza in just about every area. Even the family friendly beaches of Cala Tarida and Portinatx will have lively music bars. And even the areas with the largest nightclubs and wildest parties will have family friendly lodging.

Two of the most famous areas for the hedonistic parties and nightclubs are famous Playa den Bossa outside of Ibiza Town and the second largest city of San Antonio. Most of the oceanfront accommodation in Ibiza around these two areas consists of economical apartments with full kitchens and enough bedrooms, beds, and convertible sofas to sleep as many as eight people. The Jet Apartments complex on Playa den Bossa is a perfect example. It has four different standards of apartments from luxury and mid range to budget class that are almost similar to hostel accommodations.

Among the San Antonio beach hotels is the newly transformed Ibiza Rocks Hotel (formerly the Club Paraiso Mediterrano). A high-rise structure enclosing a central courtyard with a swimming pool and performance stage that provides the venue for virtual nonstop parties and concerts during the peak summer season. This is an adults-only property—no children allowed. In the same neighborhood is the Stella Maris Holiday Club, a perfect family resort complex with a supervised children’s program, plenty of outdoor activities, and family rooms that include a fridge. The aquarium is nearby, as is the Eden Nightclub. Since there are babysitting services, parents can take a night off for some clubbing.

If beach hotels in Ibiza with every luxury are what you’re looking for, you will find that, too. The Hotel Fenicia Prestige and Spa in Santa Eulalia is just steps from the beaches of this chic resort. It is a large resort complex (172 rooms), with several restaurants, bars and lounges, and a huge swimming pool. There is a full-service Thalasso Spa and supervised children’s activities during the day, so it is also good for family vacations. This is one of the five-star luxury hotels on the island, and it also also offers yacht charters. If you happen to arrive in your own yacht, you can get a slip in the marina.

Santa Eulalia Ibiza beach hotels also include those in the Es Cana district. Here you will find family friendly attractions with amusement park rides , the little train ride into the picturesque countryside, and the most famous hippie market in Europe. Numerous family friendly three-star hotels are located here, including the Miami Hotel, a large resort complex with a huge oceanfront swimming pool, private beach area, indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, and supervised children’s activities. The Coral Beach Hotel is a similar property here.

You will also find charming beach hotels in Ibiza that are small, family run pensions, guest houses, and bed and breakfast inns—as well as numerous beachside villas, both modest and opulent, available as vacation rentals.
