Kusadasi Hotels

Because this is such a popular resort city set on the beaches of the beautiful Turkish Riviera, you will find a wide variety of different Kusadasi hotels that will suit the tastes, interests, and budgets of just about everyone. You can find world-class five-star resorts, family hotels with children’s activities, and Kusadasi lodging in charming small, family-run pensions. It’s even possible to book private villas and apartment accommodations in Kusadasi with full kitchens for longer stays. These vacation rentals are great for families and small groups, and some of the villas can accommodate as many as 12 to 16 people.

Possibly the best centrally located hotel in Kusadasi is the Charisma De Luxe, a five-star resort set along the harbor and marina. Rooms come equipped with all the amenities you would expect of a world-class resort, including flat-screen televisions and Internet access; some rooms have Jacuzzis. It boasts two very large swimming pools (one indoors and heated) and a children’s pool. There is also a good restaurant and two bars.

While the Charisma De Luxe has the advantage of a central location, a drawback is its lack of a true beach. If you don’t care about being in town, then the best beach hotel in Kusadasi is probably the five-star Carpe Diem Claros Resort & Spa. It is set in 240 private acres with two beautiful private beaches, several restaurants, large swimming pools, and a spa. This one is quite a bit outside of town—about 20 miles from Kusadasi and about 35 miles from Izmir. You will need the transportation of a car rental or a vacation package that includes transportation to stay here. Closer to town and set right on one of the beaches is the Grand Blue Sky Hotel, also a five-star property. On beautiful Long Beach is the four-star Batihan Hotel, also close to town.

If you want a completely unique Kusadasi lodging experience, consider the Club Caravanserail in the city center. It is set in the historic seventeenth-century Ottoman Kusadasi Caravanserai, a roadside inn established to service the needs of caravans. This is a four-star property that is open all year, unlike some of the beach resorts, and has 26 comfortable rooms. While not as luxurious as some of the other four and five-star properties, this Kusadasi lodging is part of the country’s history.

There are several three-star Kusadasi hotels as well. Some are located in the city center. All have swimming pools, and some have beaches. Some will have rooms with cable or satellite televisions, and all will have radios and telephones. If there are no televisions in the rooms, there will be a central television lounge area. Probably the best three-star beach hotel in Kusadasi is the Asena that is set directly on Ladies Beach, one of the best beaches in the city.

Other Kusadasi hotels are pensions, charming little bed and breakfast inns that are usually operated by local families. The Anzac Golden Bed Pension offers charm with its clean and comfortable rooms. It also has stunning views of the city and harbor from most rooms and the rooftop terrace and bar.
