Both levels include a tourist information booth offering a host of information on travel, city events, and much more. The airport also offers all passengers access to an open wireless internet service.

The Belfast City Airport, also known as the George Best City Airport, is a regional airport offering domestic flights around Ireland and Great Britain including major destinations like Edinburgh, Newcastle, Stanstead, Heathrow, and Gatwick. There are also regular flights into Cardiff, Bristol, and Manchester. The airport is chock full of facilities and services also found in larger airports including ATMs, restaurants, shops, car rental desks, and a foreign exchange center. If driving in to the airport, there are options for parking that include both short and longer term stays. Tourist information is obtainable Monday through Saturday at the Tourist Desk where staff sell express bus tickets to Derry and the Belfast City center. Staff can also book tickets for Belfast festivals and major events as well as tours of Belfast attractions. Baby changing facilities, wheel accessible restrooms, and smoking areas are also provided.
