Nikolaev Ukraine is a large city in the southern part of the country. The works gathered at the Museum come from Ukrainian and Russian artists through several historical periods. Nikolaev Ukraine also contains Ukraine's largest and best zoo, and for those who want to enjoy the outdoors during their Nikolaev travel, it can be a pleasant way to spend a day. The zoo becomes green and grassy in the summer months, and it is a great family destination where children can see kangaroos, elephants, bison, wolves, and other animals. A café on the grounds can provide refreshment and a place to rest.

To enjoy a walk in the city on a nice day, going down to the waterfront and walking on the quay is a pleasant activity with beautiful views of the waterfront. There is also a yacht club there if you are interested in boats.
