Hi mustak, as far as I know the Dad Vail Regatta, one of the popular events of Pennsylvania held every year during the weekend of the second Saturday of May at the Schuylkill river in Philadelphia. It is the largest intercollegiate regular rowing event of North America and there is a huge rowing race takes plac e on the Schuylkill river. And the Dad Vail Regatta 2009 will be May 8 & 9, so just call: 215 542 1443 and make an enquiry about the tickets.
