There are a number of
transportation options available and even you can take a bus from
Florianopolis to
Salvador. But it's a complicated way and takes 2 1/2 to 3 days, so my suggestion is better go by flight. I have traveled once from Florianopolis to Salvador by Brazil flights and the journey took only 4hrs and 25mins.
