Re: Spring Break in Ireland Hi there,
With more than 360 golf courses throughout the country, Ireland is a golfer’s paradise.
I would recommend Balla golf club in Mayo County as they have special rates for families.
Adults prices start at euro15 per round and Students (Under 18) start at euro10 per round.
I recommend the Foxford Woollen Mills visitor centre, also in Mayo County. It offers one hour selfguiding multi media presentation in French, German, Italian and Spanish as well as English and Irish.
You mention you are backpackers so if you wish to have the choice between train and buses, the Emerald Card offers unlimited travel on all of the country’s trains and buses.
If you want to stick to buses, the Irish Rambler pass allows access to any of Ireland’s buses, though if you want flex dates, you have to get the Open Road pass, which allows the same travel, though in non-consecutive days.
A few things you should not miss are Irish castles, Dublin Zoo and the Guinness brewery
Hope this helps!
Regards
