An inexpensive way to see the city and the museums is by purchasing The Brussels Card. This card allows you to use all public transportation for free for up to seventy two hours depending on the card purchased. It also gives you free entance to twenty four museums. as well as twenty five percent off on many of the major attractions. If you like art, go to see the Ruben's painting in Our Lady's Church. Two other places to try to see would be Ghent and Bruges. Ghent still has many buildings from the Middle Ages and in Bruges you can see The Madonna Statue by Michelangelo. If you get to Brussels go to the Grote Market. It's an amazing area. |
