Re: Travel agency in Argentina ? Hey,
there are ways to find good prices on local flights-- you just have to know where to look! Sites like expedia often overcharge you (even though it may seem like you are getting a great deal). The best thing to do is find a local agent in BA to help you. You'd be surprised what talking to a real person can do to the prices. There are some sites out there where you can find good prices and talk to people in a number of different languages who are waiting to help you. I'd recommend this over taking an unreliable bus ride (which will take you 10x longer to get there) and certainly over renting a car and driving (a foreigner driving around the Argentine country side? you might as well write yourself a ticket.). I've been here for a while and have managed to find good deals on flights to places like El Calafate, Bariloche, Iguazu, Ushuaia and more. All you have to do is TALK to people, sometimes even over the internet. That's the best advice I can give.
Good Luck! |
