Default Re: Weather Croatia

Hi Fredsmith, the best time to go to Croatia to enjoy the sunny weather is between the warm summer months of April and September. I have visited Dubrovnik in the 2nd week of July, 2007 and really it was sunny, warm and busy enough but not reached the peak. The summer season reaches its peak the last 3 weeks of July and the 1st 3 weeks of August. The Music festivals are held in Dubrovnik and other coastal towns during July and August. July and August are the main tourist season of Croatia and the most expensive time to visit the Croatian coast and the islands. So, if you are planning to visit in June, then it is well & good. The prices are more reasonable, no crowd and perfect for all kinds of outdoor activities including canoeing/kayaking and biking/cycling. Eventhough, Croatia is a year-round destination to explore the excellent beaches, warm weather, vibrant nightlife and interesting events, summer is the most popular time for travellers from around the world, so book in advance and enjoy the summer at Croatia!
