 Re: Going to Brazil mid-march to June - Where shall I go to avoid too much rain?

I am planning a similar trip as well, from mid April to late June. I am starting in Sao Paulo though as I have a riend that lives there. I think after that I will work my way up through Rio and Bahia to the jungle then the Pantanal, the falls and eventually fly out of Sao Paulo again. I have no real plans while down there. I'm basically going to be backpacking in hostels/hotels and what not. although if you want to meet up that'd be cool, I'm from Canada so someone else that speaks english all the time would be cool to grab a beer with on a beach or something. It's always good to meet new people from all over the world. I have no real advise to offer you as I haven't been down there before but have fun, I know I will! Heres hoping we meet up, if not oh well another time.
