I have been to the property, which is beautiful and pleasant, but have not stayed there. Based on what I know, it is a good value for the cost because it allows you to lodge in a nice clean new casino but at a lower costs due to its location a few miles south of the strip.

SouthPoint is located along one of the "hot" growth areas of Las Vegas...all along LV Blvd heading north towards the "Strip" are new developments, condos and some highly anticipated building projects....expect to see the rates of SouthPoint increase in the next few year or two as the projects around it are completed...
