The 16-story, $100 million, 225 room Platinum Hotel & Spa opened this week just one block off the strip at Koval/Flamingo. This is one of the first condo-hotel hybrids completed, leading the way of quite a few new ones opening in the next few years. Gentleman, start your engines, here they come!
Generally, prices range in the $200-$300 a night area, with higher rates going to those with a great view, of course.
