A trip to Alaska requires considerably more planning than most other vacations trips because of unpredictable weather conditions.
If you are planning to mostly do skiing I would suggest to
travel during June to September. However, bear in mind that June-September is high season, therefore flights, accommodation, etc is more expensive.
