Hm...Not sure if you're still around but if you're ever out in Seattle on Thurs-Sat, check out pioneer square. They got just a bit of everything. For jazz, I've been to the New Orleans Creole Restaurant. Great atmosphere and great food too! I recommend the seafood gumbo. As far as nightclubs go...it really just depends what you're in the mood for, but there are many clubs, so if you don't like one, walk to the next one.
