There are plenty of state parks and forest offering cottages and
cabins in West Virginia, which are fully furnished and have well equipped kitchens.
Places like
Beckley and Summerville are excellent for cabin rental and one company does stand out is Country Road Cabins. They offer fully equipped log cabins with one to four bedrooms and a hot tub.
If you are looking at enjoying things like rafting and hiking, I would recommend Cooper’s Rock State Forest near Morgantown.
