May I also ask you to advice me on a low budget hotel? I will get into the Philadelphia Airport ar 9:30pm, So where do you suggest I remain until the 313 Bus at Walter Rand.

Do I stay in the Market Street area or proceed to Walter Rand and stay in that area overnight? So that I catch the 313 the next morning.
