Hi Mishylyn!
As you are arriving at 9:30pm, I would suggest staying at a
hotel near the airport until the next morning. I have looked around and found a couple of suggestions which start at around $70 a room. There are as follows:
1. The Microtel Inn and Suites which is located less than half a mile a way from Philadelphia International Airport.
2. The Airport Ramada Inn which is also located closed by the Airport.
