Hi there,

Evansville Indiana is a great destination for travelers of all ages and life styles and has events year round such as the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival, the Evansville Freedom Festival in July, and the Frog Follies in August to suit all tastes.

There are a number of city parks and zoos in Evansville Indiana which are really popular amongst families such as the Evansville parks is Burdette Park and the Mesker Zoo which hosts over 700 animals.

If you like to get up to outdoor activities then, I would suggest the Wessleman Woods Nature Preserve and Patoka Lake which is just about an hours drive.

For those interested in history, there plenty of educational places such as:

* The Angel Mound State Historic Site
* The Evansville Museum of Arts
* The History and Science museum
* The Reitz Home Museum
