I can say Caledonia and Mount Pleasant are both nice places to live compared to the city of Racine itself. Racine maybe a small city but has a lot of big city problems such as the quality of living and schools are not as good.
Choosing to live anywhere that is north, south, or west of Racine
Wisconsin is the better option for quality of living, schools, etc.The only thing is that these areas are very expensive to live in.
