I have a couple of suggestions for you to have a look:

* The Tama Ryokan which starts at Starting at 4,500 yen per day and it is located minutes away from the Tozai subway line.

The Tama Ryokan has an English-speaking staff, and is one of the best Tokyo hotels if you are looking for low-key, authentic lodgings.

* The Park Hotel Tokyo located on the 25th floor of the Shiodome and offers spas, pools, and excellent Japanese as well as western cuisine.
