There are many excellent Tempe restaurants such as the Cereality where you pick two brand name cereals and a topping, which are mixed together and you can then add as much milk as you would like.
Monti's La Casa Viega is also the place to go for some fine eating. The dining rooms are decorated with memorabilia from Arizonas frontier days.
Also, the Ikea on Mills Street is famous for its Swedish mecafatballs.
After lunch or dinner, you can walk to the Tempe Town Lake, which is one of
Arizona's most popular outdoor destinations. There you can bike, hike, jog or skate and get up to many
activities.
