Guests of the Hilton have a complimentary transportation to all 4 Walt Disney Resort Theme Parks. The buses to the Magic Kingdom will drop you off at the Ticket & Transportation Center and you'll ride the Disney's fun monorail system the rest of the way to the Magic Kingdom. Travel to the Animal Kingdom will depend on the season, so you may want to check with the front desk on that.
I'm not quite sure what the travel will be like to the MGM but depending on your budget and if you're traveling alone with two children, it may be best to stay at a hotel inside Disney. That's quite a lot of gear to bring around and keep up with two kids.
