Try to travel to the Phillippines between February and April to avoid the rainy season.
This is a suggested itinerary you could use:

Day 1-2 Manila
In Manilla you can visit the Intramuros, the walled city, where Manila was founded by the Spanish in the 16th century. In this area, you will find Manila's main cathedral, with its 4,500-pipe organ, and the St. Augustine Church, oldest church in the Philippines, also home to an antiquities museum.
And, don’t forget to visit the bizarre Coconut Palace. Commissioned in 1981 by eccentric First Lady Imelda Marcos for $37 million, the octagonal structure is built entirely of local hardwoods and coconut shells, and was intended to honor Pope John Paul II's visit to the Philippines.

Day 3 – Taal Volcano
Situated within the lake, Taal Volcano is active and covering 14 square miles of craters and cones, the heart of which is another lake, called Crater Lake, which contains another small volcanic island.

Day 4 – Banaue
The Banaue Rice Terraces have often been called the “Eighth Wonder of the World” due to the extent and height of these gigantic stairways. They soar for several thousand feet upwards and extend for miles. Standing at the terrace viewpoint, the green steps extend for as far as the eye can see.

Day 5-7 – Boracay Island
Boracay Island is a stretch of blindingly white, sugar-fine sand. Boracay beaches’ unusual puka-shell sand and gem-like aquamarine waters draw droves of tourists to sunbathe on its beaches, experience its world-class nightlife, and try an astounding number of watersports.

Boracay hotels offer all kinds of lodging options, from shorefront straw huts to concrete monstrosities to cliffside villas with private jacuzzis. The more upscale Boracay resorts offer internationally renowned wellness and golf facilities.

Day 8-10 – Pamalican Island
Pamalican, located in the Cuyo archipelago, is a low-lying coral island surrounded by seven square kilometers of untouched reefs, and flanked by immaculate white sand beaches

At Boracay and Pamalican you can enjoy the best dive spots on earth, with reefs and tropical fish and exotic marine life.

Hope this Helps

Very good itenerary.

But going Banawe will not only take you a day. The trip from Manila to Banaue lasts nine (9) hours with regular stops along the way for meals and personal necessities. So spare around 2 to 3 days of your time here.
Daily bus trips from Manila to Banaue leaves at 10:00 p.m. Tickets costs around Php 500 per person. The transit companies plying this route are Autobus and Dangwa Tranco, and both have terminals in Sampaloc, Manila.
