Hi there,
Most of Colorado mountain biking routes are located in the public lands managed by the US Forest Service.
San Juan Forest is a great place for Mountain biking as well as an ideal place for hiking and
camping.
Also, places such as:
- Chatfield State Park in the Denver metropolitan area has a diversity of ecosystems along with an extensive Colorado
biking trail system. The Denver Greenway Trail begins at Chatfield and follows the South Platte River north through the city.
- Cherry Creek State Park which is home to a natural prairie environment of gentle, rolling hills that are perfect for Colorado cycling.
Hope this helps
