Default Re: transportation in Germany

Hi there,

Traveling by bus within Germany is relatively inexpensive and probably one of the best ways to tour Germany.

Buses typically run to and from all the major towns and cities and traffic congestion is not a problem in Germany. Transportation in Germany as a whole is reliable and safe.

Paris is only four hours away from Germany and train is by far the most convenient option to get to Paris. Having said this, Paris is one of those cities where you need a minimum of 3 or 4 days if you really want to take in the sites of the city.

If you are planning a day trip to Paris, try if you can to spend the night in Paris to get the most out of it. If you are driving make sure you get an international drivers license as France requires one.

Hope this helps
