If you're in Central, PA, Nissley winery near Elizabethtown has a really cool self-guided tour. They will provide you with a guide book then you visit an old stone furnace, the vineyard and the fermentation and bottling rooms. Finally, when you're done, you're in for a great tasting. Enjoy!
