Hey T!
If you'd like to post a new question simply select the destination you'd like to start a discussion, say "Las Vegas Trip Reports". You'd see all of the topics in that particular section and at the top or bottom you'll see a button that says "Post your question here". Simply click that and you'll see a form similar to the reply you just made. Then click submit and you're done!
