I think Richard pretty much covered my Top 10 list. I would add Quebrada de Humahuaca if you're interested in Inca history and a very different landscape. And if I was going to choose just three from the list above, I would say Perito Moreno Glacier, Iguazu Falls, and the Valdes Peninsula.
