Nice Itinerary!

I would suggest the Kempinski Hotel Bristol in Berlin as it is located in the heart of the city and close to many popular attractions. You can get to Schoenefeld Airport from Zoo Station about a 10 min. walk away. You can get anywhere from the U-Bahn near the hotel.
