The new regulation makes getting married in Hawaii a bit more problematic because you need to know what beach you're getting married on. The permit is not expensive luckily, I believe it's only $20 for small
wedding.
The only thing is that couples wishing to tie the not can't simply stroll out onto a
Hawaii beach and get married like before.
