The shopping in Punta Cana is not exactly what brings the tourists in, but shops are surely growing in number.

Some of the popular things to buy are cigars and rum which is something that many tourists look to buy when doing some Punta Cana shopping.

When buying rum just remember that airlines put restrictions on the amount you can take with you, so if you are taking rum home with you, it will have to go in the suitcase. Don’t forget to wrap something soft around the bottle to help keep it from breaking.
