During the summer, Misquamicut is home to the Monday Night fireworks displays as well as the Misquamicut Music Festival. The Misquamicut Fest features plenty of live music performances and takes place in mid-July.
As for nightlife, you can dance at the local
bars and clubs and on Tuesday nights in the
summertime, free family movies are played on the big screen on the beach, so you can keep these movie showings in mind if you are traveling with kids.
