Disney's "on-season" starts from June to the ending of Labor Day. So you're planning on going when there'll be a lot of other families also traveling to ride the rides and see all of Disney's favorite characters. A couple things to keep in mind, is that the summer can get pretty warm temperatures. If you're used to 80s and 90s, then hey....go any day. If not, then maybe try July.

While at the park, there are many rides that have a "fast pass" that will allow you get a ticket for a later time. Personally, I've used it for some of the rides and it definitely beats the lines! Plus, you get to plan out your route as far as times go. So take a map of the park and find out where you can get one and plan your route.

Saturdays are when it's most crowded. So I say, start early and try Tuesday-Thursday. I would say you can do the whole park in a day and end it with the Park's parade at the end of the evening.
