Well, I've heard that the Haleakala Downhill is pretty intense. Not sure if you've looked into it but it's biking down a volcano. Definitely affordable, but not for a beginner. Reservations are highly recommended as it is popular. So check with the company
here for more information.
I'm not quite sure what "good guy things to do" is. If you mean in terms of bachelor, I would definitely keep with the outdoor enthusiast route.
If you meant, group activities, including everyone. Maybe you can include whale watching to your list. Or to experience a bit more cultural town, check out Paniolo Country. It's near by Haleakala.
