Their official website points you to
their online store, which says tickets don't go on sale until April 2007, so I'd just keep an eye on that site for now.
From their official site, whose info looks like it is all in regards to the 2006 show, the ticket price is $150. They even have a "day of show" price ($175) which tells me tickets should be available for a while after April. They also had a package for $450, which provides you with breakfast, lunch, shuttle service, and the VIP treatment (whatever that means).
As far as where to stay, Carmel and the surrounding area aren't hurting for nice hotels. They can be a bit pricey, primarily because it's such a nice area.
Sounds like a fun trip, I'd love to check out those cars myself.
