Post Troll in Seattle

There really is! (No one has ever believed me the first time around) And no, it's not a living troll or some freakish monster. It's called the Fremont Troll and, obviously, located in the Fremont neighborhood. I've had many visitors and, while I've seen it very many times, I always get a kick out of their faces when I take them there. Many of them live in Washington and have never seen it. It is a bit on the odd side but still cool!

The troll lurks under the Aurora bridge and has been there since 1990. If you're around on Halloween you'll get to experience an artistic party known as "Trollaween". The party is designed to give the people of Seattle something community oriented.

I'd love to hear stories about your trip or even photos! I'll try to dig through my photo collection to see if i can find one.

I highly recommend seeing this attraction and best of all it's FREE!
