The Inti Raymi is only on June 24th. And if you want to find a room, flight or even a train to Machu Picchu for those dates you better hurry up as Cuzco literraly gets booked full.

There is no "pass" for fomestic flights in Peru and you can expect to pay between $100 to $149 for one way tickets. The bus seervices in Peru are great, much higher standards than the USA. Always take 1st class , as anything else can be very shaddy.
