There's not many balcony hotels left since its such a liability with people falling off. The only two on the strip that I would recommend are the Imperial and Platinum. Harrah's is old and tired. The
Palms Hotel has some great suites with balconys off strip but a younger crowd and not much sigh seeing from the balcony.
