I personally have not stayed at the Westin Casaurina but from my experience the Westin maintains a pretty level of quality throughout its properties.
I have stayed at the Atrium Suites and they do have large rooms "suites" with all the amenities. Its off strip, but not too far and you can walk to the strip. They have a decent pool and the people are freindly. The property is definitely not as loud and slick as other casino properties.
The
Stratosphere Tower is a decent property but not one of my favorites. Check out the virtual tour in the link above.
Depending on when your traveling the 1800/wk hotels are not 1800. I recently posted a reply on the spring break thread that had a few great deals.
