I travel often between Mexicali, San Felipe & Puertecitos, and about 50 more miles south. Will this satellite service work efficiently in these areas?

My sister has Globalstar, but unhappy due to dropped calls. I am hoping either Inmarsat, Iridium or Thuraya would work dependably in these areas. I need to rent a phone before the end of this month. Any recommendation would be appreciated.
