i stayed at the southpoint in oct of 06 and i am retruning in late april for another 8 days we loved the rooms and the 42' plasma tv ( didnt watch it much except for news and weather) the service was excellent and the buffet is not bad for the price hey its not the wynn or aladdin but it is above average especially the breakfast we did eat at don vito's we both had the seafood divollo ( shrimp lobster and scallops in a red marinade over linguini and it was excellent) remember to join the slot club we have gotten some great offers in the mail (free rooms, discounts on meals etc) and if you play enough the slot host will even comp you some stuff. they are very helpful so make sure you contact a host before you check out
