Oahu- The most touristy of the islands and personally my least favorite but I'm not into the big city crowds when traveling. My favorite here is the
North Shore
Maui- Beautiful Beaches, Exellent hotels, great out of the way destinations! just take a trip down
Hana Highway! but be prepared for some rough roads.

Maui
