well, as we plan to kayak in resurrection bay i guess we can manage doing the hiking in mendenhall glacier.. it sounds a good option.. though your idea of wild life viewing can also be a good choice for us..
fishing is not our scene in any case.. Thanks for your help. we are leaving for the cruise on this 27th.. I will definitely let u know about how it goes..

any other recommendations will always be welcome.. our ports of call are juneau, ketchikan, skagway and seward.. i will also love if u have some idea of utilising one day in anchorage.. i guess its too much to ask for but any help will be great.. thanks a ton
