I started planning a Honduras vacation last year but had to cancell it at the last minute. Honduras is an incredible place to visit because its so diverse. A couple must see's on my list were:

Copan Ruins
Biosphere Reserve
Diving in the Roatan Islands
The Colonial City of Gracias
