Hi, We are travelling through Quito in Sept, on our way to the Galapagos. It will be disappointing to miss the Otavalo markets, as we will not be in Quito on the weekends, but if you could tell us where the Saquisili market is and how to get there, it may be possible to arrange to get there. We are with a tour group, but may be able to take a quick side trip if possible. Any suggestions for a quick trip on Thursdays?

I was at the Otavalo market 30 years ago and it was incredible at that ime. I wanted to show my wife this incredible market, but time does not permit this time around.
