Default Re: september travel in patagonia

Hi

Well it's going to be very cold and lots of places will be closed but people do travel there in the winter so it's not impossible. Some areas are good for skiing, around Bariloch for example. However I would consider doing Northern Argentina instead and perhaps even going to Brazil also. How long are you planning to go for? Are you traveling upscale or Budget? You might consider a sort of loop starting from Buenos Aires towards Codoba and then heading further to the Northwest to Salta, Cafayate and the areas attraction. Continue To Iguassu Falls, through Buenos Aires again, and from there you can continue to Rio and Brazil. Anyway, this is just a suggestion for an itinerary.
