I wouldn't even mention doing such a thing in a public forum. You can be fined a lot of $$$$, I am not sure of how much but I have heard of up to $50,000usd for going there. I am sure that is an extreme case, but that are so many other places to go in the Caribbean legally, why chance it!!!
