Hi, I have to attend a conference in New Mexico during the last week of September. The conference is at Roswell, New Mexico and I need to stay there 5 days including weekend. I’m looking for some suggestions of cheap, good spots for lunch, as well as any sightseeing places in and around Roswell. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out more about this?
